Vourkari, the sailing place, ideal for seaside dining and nightlife, is only at about 2,5 km. One of the most beautiful and famous beaches of Kea, Xyla, is very close, at 3,6 km. The Villas’ location is ideal to explore Kea, since the capital Ioulida is 6,5 km away (or 12 minutes drive). Also, beautiful beaches at the south like Koundouros are 21 km away.
